ROAST CHINE OF PORK
The piece of meat used for this product is the fillet of exclusively Italian pork. This particular joint is skilfully cut into smaller pieces and flavoured with a mixture of finely chopped garlic, rosemary, lemon peel, salt and pepper to make them tasty. Then they are boiled in lard (melted pork fat), taken out and put aside to drain off and cool. Finally they are either vacuum-packed or put in glass jars with oil. This product is totally free from both preservatives and food dyes.
