It is made of exclusively Italian pork ham, giving this product a typical rosy colour and mild taste.It is flavoured only with natural ingredients such as salt, whole and ground pepper and fresh garliccrushed by hand in a marble mortar. In compliance with our traditional production method, we only use the very few additives which are necessary for a proper preservation of our products (far below the limits allowed by the law). Our salami is then seasoned for two to four months in rooms naturally aired by the breeze of our countryside, to which it owns much of it special taste and scent. Try and see !
